Dr. Stephen Loos was born in Phoenix, Arizona. After high school, Dr. Loos performed his undergraduate studies at Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska and is a graduate of Creighton University’s School of Medicine. Dr. Loos performed his Radiology Residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Before coming to Tahoe Carson Radiology, Dr. Loos provided professional services as a staff radiologist at Irwin Army Hospital and Mercy Health Center in Manhattan, Kansas. Dr. Loos is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and is a member of Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, and the Roentgen Ray Society.

Dr. Loos’s professional interests and expertise include cross sectional imaging, such as MRI and CT. His personal interests and hobbies include golf, skiing, and spending quality time with his family.
